Ready-stock, made-to-order and custom furniture have different operational paths, so the storefront and order workflow keep fulfilment type, product information, quotation versions, production progress and delivery status separate rather than presenting every item as if it were identical stock.
Materials and finish
Furniture materials can vary naturally in grain, tone and texture. Product pages, variant information and approved custom specifications should be used for the actual commercial description of an item.

Custom work
Custom furniture starts with a structured brief. Feasibility and specification versions are recorded before a commercial quotation is accepted. When a quote changes, a new version is created rather than silently replacing the version a customer previously reviewed.

Production visibility
Made-to-order/custom order items can have production jobs and production events linked to the order. KARIGAR uses recorded milestones for customer communication instead of fabricating progress indicators.
