Warranty claims
A signed-in customer can submit a warranty claim for an order they own once that order has been delivered. The claim can be linked to a specific item where needed.
The workflow supports issue categories including structure, finish, hardware, upholstery, workmanship and other documented issues.
What to include
Describe the issue clearly and, where useful, attach photos or a PDF. Up to five supported files can be submitted with a claim, subject to the account upload limits shown in the form.
Do not upload passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or unrelated identity documents.
Resolution requests
Customers can request an inspection, repair or replacement. The requested resolution is a request for review, not an automatic entitlement or approval.
KARIGAR records the claim status, staff actions and final resolution summary so the service history remains traceable.
Warranty duration and coverage
This page intentionally does not invent a universal warranty duration. Coverage can depend on the product, material, quotation, order terms, nature of the issue and approved commercial policy in force for that purchase.
Normal material variation, misuse, unsuitable site conditions, unauthorised alterations or care outside product guidance may require case-specific assessment rather than automatic classification.
For an existing order, open Account Support and submit the claim against the delivered order.
